This panel examines the deliverables of the Common Regional Market (CRM) Action Plan 2025–2028: streamlined crossings, recognised conformity assessments and trusted services, harmonised e-commerce rules, and Authorised Economic Operator programmes. With the EU Growth Plan positioning Single Market integration as a key component of gradual integration, CEFTA’s role as the regulatory and institutional backbone of CRM 2.0 is more consequential than ever.
