The two-day Conference “From Paris to Rome- the Albanian perspective on regional cooperation process”started today in Tirana in the framework of the Berlin Process Series. This Conference is organized by ShtetiWeb / Cooperation and Development Institute in collaboration with its German partners Friedrich Ebert Foundation Tirana, Konrad Adenauer Foundation and Hanns Seidel Foundation.
The Conference aims to provide a discussion platform on the progress achieved by Albania and the region within the Berlin Process. Experts and rrepresentatives from political, economic and civil society from six Balkan countries were invited to discuss together on the objectives and perspectives of the political and economic cooperation in the region. The conference was greeted by the Minister of European Integration, Mrs. Klajda Gjosha and the German, Italian, Austrian and French Ambassadorsin Albania.
The second day of the Conference will focus on three dimensions of the Berlin Process: Connectivity through the novelties of Digital Market and of Value Chain, Western Balkans as a Source of Migratory Flux: Albanian case and Youth Cooperation – Road to RYCO.
