This session takes stock of the first RGF implementation cycle: how national institutions have performed under this new instrument; where structural gaps persist; and what the required readiness level for performance-based instruments looks like in practice. The discussion will address the topics of administrative capacity, inter-institutional coordination, accountability and governance of RGF.
